Rebecca Monzi concentrates her practice in real estate development, working with developers, investors and financial institutions. Todd Sapiro devotes his practice to the representation of employers, insurance carriers, self-insureds and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters in Maryland and the District of Columbia. He has more than twenty years of experience representing these industries as well as construction companies, universities and hospitals before administrative agencies, state courts, appellate boards and courts of appeal. Clients can expect Todd to quickly and precisely pinpoint critical legal issues, and represent them, when necessary, in state and federal courts in the defense of general liability claims and insurance coverage disputes.
