Arianna M. Masotti

Arianna M. Masotti is an attorney in the Firm’s Real Estate and Commercial Transactions practice groups.    

Her practice includes drafting and negotiating purchase, sale, and lease agreements and financing documents. She also provides advice on general business and corporate projects. 

Arianna brings a client-focused approach to her work, emphasizing risk mitigation and benefit maximization in every matter she handles. She collaborates closely with partners and clients to develop tailored legal strategies and provide efficient and excellent representation. 

Before joining the firm, Arianna was a law clerk, and then an associate, at a boutique law firm in Washington, D.C. While in law school, Arianna was a student attorney at the Rising for Justice Legal Clinic in Washington, D.C., where she represented low-income tenants in the Landlord & Tenant Branch of the D.C. Superior Court.  

Arianna’s knowledge of real estate law and prior hands-on litigation experience allows her to provide practical and effective legal solutions for her clients.
