Friedlander Misler, PLLC is pleased to announce that Principal Jennifer Jette has been selected by Bisnow as a 2026 “DMV Woman Leading Real Estate” in the Industrial category. 

Earlier this year, Jennifer was named to the Lawdragon 500 Leading Global Real Estate Lawyers ranking for third consecutive year. In 2025, she was recognized in Connect CRE Lawyers in Real Estate, Bethesda Magazine Top Attorneys in Commercial Real Estate, and The Daily Record Leading Women Under 40.  

Jennifer is a principal in Friedlander Misler’s Real Estate and Commercial Transactions practice groups, where she focuses on a variety of complex commercial real estate transactions. While the majority of her practice is focused on representing national and local developers, investors, and owners in the acquisition, disposition and financing of office, retail, multifamily, industrial and mixed-use properties, she also counsels clients on various corporate, joint venture, and leasing matters. Jennifer also frequently assists both sellers and purchasers of multifamily property in the District of Columbia on compliance with the Tenant Opportunity to Purchase Act (TOPA).
