Jordan S. Hirn is an attorney in the Real Estate practice group who advises clients on commercial and residential real estate transactions, with a focus on protecting clients’ business interests, mitigating risk, and facilitating efficient deal execution. 

Clients value Jordan’s practical, solutions-oriented approach and his ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they disrupt a transaction. He works closely with clients, lenders, title professionals, underwriters, and opposing counsel to navigate complex closing and title matters while helping clients achieve their strategic and operational goals.  

Before joining the firm, Jordan served as Of Counsel to a title company in Alexandria, Virginia. He also served as an Attorney for the Conference of State Bank Supervisors.  

Drawing on his background in real estate, compliance, and business law, Jordan provides clients with practical legal guidance tailored to the demands of commercial real estate transactions and business operations.
