Rishele Y. Ellison

Associate

Rishele is an associate in the firm’s workers’ compensation practice group. Additionally, she represents clients in a variety of trademark matters, including searches, applications, registrations, and oppositions.

Prior to joining Friedlander Misler, Rishele served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Karen H. Mason in the Circuit Court of Prince George’s County, Maryland.

Rishele also served as a Student Attorney in the Intellectual Property and Trademark Clinic of the Howard University School of Law, where she represented creatives and small business owners in obtaining federal protection for their brand names and logos.
