Kenneth J. MacFadyen is a member of the Maryland Bar for the past 33 years and has an extensive litigation background with respect to business issues and insurance defense. For the last 12 years, Mr. MacFadyen has been involved in the practice of foreclosure law and presently handles most of the litigation involving Maryland foreclosures. Mr. MacFadyen is licensed to practice in Maryland. Mr. MacFadyen is also licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States and is one of the firm's Substitute Trustees.

Alvin E. Friedman is counsel to the firm and is a member of the Maryland and District of Columbia Bar Associations. He has represented in Real Property law for over 30 years. He has been approved by HUD to act on their behalf as a Foreclosure Commissioner under the Multi-Family Mortgage Foreclosure Act of 1981 for the State of Maryland.
